Design Build Associates provides construction management services for commercial and residential renovation and alteration projects in the Southeastern Wisconsin area. These projects include restaurants, motels, apartments, condominiums, offices, retail and private residence remodeling and Design Build Associates has over ten registered Engineers and Architects on staff with extensive experience in commercial design and construction. This expertise provides our commercial clients with bidding, budgeting, scheduling and project management services providing a seamless transition between the design phase and the construction phase of the project. Design Build Associates also provides consulting services to facilitate the permitting process by utilizing our extensive experience in working with local and state reviewing agencies for obtaining the necessary permits for the project.

James F. Jendusa, P.E., President

Jim Jendusa started Jendusa Engineering Associates, Inc. in May, 2000. He received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 1987 and 1992 respectively. Jim Jendusa has been a licensed structural engineer in Wisconsin since 1991. He worked for MSI General, a large design-build construction company, for over nine years. During that time he managed the Engineering Department at MSI General and has personally designed and detailed over 600 commercial buildings. Jim has excellent experience designing heavy industrial buildings, retail, office, municipal, school, church and residential facilities.
